2022 Graduation

I will be graduating from the University of Arkansas this May in 2022. My degree will be in Computer Engineering. It feels like overcoming poverty was much easier than graduating college. Thank you to my mom and dad, Tonya and Henry Childress, who has given me a second chance in life, who has never given up on me and who has loved me through all of my failures/ignorances. If it wasn't for you taking a risk with me, I wouldn't have been where I am today. Thank you to my siblings Jojo, Makayla, and Evan for the little things you've done for me to be in this space. Thank you to Bam-Bam, Hattie, Mac, Jason and Amy. Thank you to my number one mentor, Dr. Colbert, who always believes in me. Thank you to Charles Chalfant III. Thank you to all who has supported me on my journey through my college endeavor, you will be receiving something special from me, as I will never forget what you've done for me. Thank you to the board who believes in me at the Yvonne Richardson Community Center, who has also elected me as the President for a second year in 2022. Most importantly, I would like to thank the great Divinity that looks after me and everyone else in this entire world. As I hear the unfortunate news with what others are going through, I am forever thankful to wake up to be able to breath on this day. Thank you Divinity for the energy of bringing me one step closer to my dreams, one breath at a time!
